Today I was stranded without my car, which was receiving a beautiful tall bill of unforeseen repairs. I decided to take that as an opportunity to tackle a couple design projects I had outstanding. I’ve been knee deep in Michael Nyman (found an amazing, amazing group of scores I hadn’t heard) so I thought I’d look for something with some words. I pull up Bon Iver, remembering that I hadn’t loved it before. It started, and I was knocked on my ass. This record is incredible.

This track doesn’t capture all of the inventiveness, but it does capture the beauty.
